Makinley is such a big helper. She loves taking care of her little sister and brother. She loves to play the piano and is doing so well at it. She is such a beautiful young lady and I know she'll grow up to be an awesome teenager and make good choices. I love you Makinley!! Thanks for always going shopping with grandma.
My ten adorable grandchildren are the life of our family. They keep us laughing all the time with the cute little things they say and do. I can't imagine my life without them. The fun things I do with them, I hope will be things they will remember for the rest of their lives. As are the memories I have of my sweet Grandmother.

Happy Birthday Rog # 55
We had such a fun day on Rogers birthday. We all drove out to Tooele to see Daxton baptized then came home and had a bowling party for Rog. He loves his family so much and it's always fun to get together even though Shana and her family weren't able to make it. The kids gave him a nice set of scriptures and he loved those.
It's so cute how Adaline is trying to help her Papa blow out his candles. Kids are so cute..
It's a bowling party at Fat Cats in Provo. We all had so much fun but bowled like crap except for Jared.

Living Aquarium
Rog and I had so much fun meeting Shana and the kids, and we picked up Easton to go to the Living Planet Aquarium in Salt Lake. There's lots of neat things to see such as live penguins, snakes, fish, etc. You could pet the stingrays, some crabs etc. The kids loved it there!!

Our Visit With Carol and Blaine Cordner
On this fun day, Feb. 4th 2012, Geri and Kayleen and I drove up to Taylorsville to visit with Carol and Blaine Cordner in their assisted living center. We also met their daughter, Karen, there. What a blast we had laughing of old times and the fun memories that Blaine and Carol shared with us of the fun times they had with mom and dad. They also have two sons, Steve and Jimmy, who were not there today. They're just a couple of years older than me and so they're the ones I knew growing up. We hope to meet them someday too. After we were done visiting and having lunch, we drove home and were talking about how much fun we had and how happy we were that we got together. What a fun way to spend a Saturday.
We went outside of their assisted living center and had someone take this picture of all of us. Geri, Kayleen, Karen, Me and Carol and Blaine.
We gathered in a reserved room for us to have lunch with them. We visited and laughed at all the fun memories we all shared.
Geri, Kayleen and Karen. Karen is their daughter that Kayleen had found on facebook. That's why we were all able to hook up again with the Cordners.
Carol is 79 and Blaine is 90. Such an awesome couple. They were such wonderful friends of mom and dad and I'm so grateful we got to go see them before they pass away. Blaine was at the hospital on the night my dad took a turn for the worst. He was in the room trying to give my dad a blessing when he was disrupted by the doctors booting him out. My dad was in desperate need of a tracheotomy in order to breath.
God bless you Blaine and Carol.

Two Weeks Post Op
Well, I'm not two weeks post op of having my breast reduction surgery. And I can't tell you how happy I am. Before having my surgery I had talked to people who had had it done and they said it was the best thing they ever did. I now know what they're talking about.
I'm still very sore where my sutures are and I still drain a little bit that gets on my garments and sports bra but that's it. I can say that the surgery and post surgery experience has been much better than I ever thought it would be.
I've started tap dancing again last night. I also walked around the track at the Rec Center yesterday. So slowly but surely I"m going to get back to doing the things I love to do.
Yeah for small boobs!! Well, they're still a C cup but it's small to me. I've shown my family and friends my new tah tah's and they're so happy for me. I've shown them my before pictures and all they can say is "Wow, how did you carry all of that around?"
I go back to work in 2.5 weeks and I'm so sad about it. I've really enjoyed the time off being with my sweetheart and having him help me. But life goes on and I have to face the fact it's time to get back to work.
