God bless you Blaine and Carol.
My ten adorable grandchildren are the life of our family. They keep us laughing all the time with the cute little things they say and do. I can't imagine my life without them. The fun things I do with them, I hope will be things they will remember for the rest of their lives. As are the memories I have of my sweet Grandmother.

Our Visit With Carol and Blaine Cordner
On this fun day, Feb. 4th 2012, Geri and Kayleen and I drove up to Taylorsville to visit with Carol and Blaine Cordner in their assisted living center. We also met their daughter, Karen, there. What a blast we had laughing of old times and the fun memories that Blaine and Carol shared with us of the fun times they had with mom and dad. They also have two sons, Steve and Jimmy, who were not there today. They're just a couple of years older than me and so they're the ones I knew growing up. We hope to meet them someday too. After we were done visiting and having lunch, we drove home and were talking about how much fun we had and how happy we were that we got together. What a fun way to spend a Saturday.
We went outside of their assisted living center and had someone take this picture of all of us. Geri, Kayleen, Karen, Me and Carol and Blaine.
We gathered in a reserved room for us to have lunch with them. We visited and laughed at all the fun memories we all shared.
Geri, Kayleen and Karen. Karen is their daughter that Kayleen had found on facebook. That's why we were all able to hook up again with the Cordners.
Carol is 79 and Blaine is 90. Such an awesome couple. They were such wonderful friends of mom and dad and I'm so grateful we got to go see them before they pass away. Blaine was at the hospital on the night my dad took a turn for the worst. He was in the room trying to give my dad a blessing when he was disrupted by the doctors booting him out. My dad was in desperate need of a tracheotomy in order to breath.
